In this project, I was interested in how to tell my story. The tiles shards came from other places, each one has a different story and each one ended up in the same place. Just like me who comes from a different country, have my own story and ended up in the same place as these tile shards. The tiles were broken and some of their patterns faded away with time. I decided to pick them up, love them and give them another use. From there my aim became to create representations and stories about my journey here in the UK.
